Technically, I graduated college over one year ago, however, today is the first day that I officially feel like a grad. My diploma is finally here…Sweet! I feel smarter, smugger, more pretentious, full of pomp and circumstance, wryer, wittier (in a high brow high falootin’ way) and dead sexy. Thank you, oh magical diploma…if I would of listened to Kanye West I’d be sans degree yet full of depression…excuse me while I pat myself on the back…okay, enough of that nonsense. Recently I’ve been getting more and more traffic on this little site. I want to thank each and everyone who has stopped by, I appreciate it. I am fielding any and all suggestions for writing content and requests…so, feel free to contact me and let me know how to improve this blog.
Yay for me!
An anecdote in which the self appointed author jumps up and down around his abode, alternately patting himself on the back and handing out self high fives, all while affecting accolades in an asinine accent of British pomposity, brilliant, quite simply, brilliant (Oh Eric Idle and John Cleese would abhor it). And why the self aggrandizing behavior you ask? Drumroll please………someone actually read one of my posts…….and then commented on it! During this watershed nay landmark nay milestone nay ground breaking moment I’d like to to take a moment and thank some of the people who were so important on getting me here. Mom, I love you and your unconditional support. It wasn’t easy but we made it. Woooooooo. My friends, all three of em, the long hours of putting up with all my bullshit, I love you guys. So many people to thank and I just, I’m overcome with emotion, so before I turn this into a political diatribe against Donald Rumsfeld’s latest comments on Iraq, I hear the music so I gotta go, I love you all. Seriously, thank you for the comments Na, I miss you, love you and wish I was still in Cali with you, you know what is sometimes said by men and women with ambiguous intellects, “road leads where it’s led.”
